Estimates and Pricing

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee that surfaces will be restored to a like-new condition. Heavy staining, oil stains, rust stains, efflorescence, oxidation, and other permanent discoloration may not be completely removable.
Weather and Scheduling
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate scheduling changes promptly.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing access to the work area and ensuring that pets, vehicles, and personal belongings are removed or protected before services begin.
Water Usage and Disposal
Water used during the cleaning process may be recovered, filtered, or disposed of in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Dirty water may be discharged into approved sanitary sewer systems when permitted.
Liability Limitations
Silver State Pressure Washing Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose mortar, deteriorated concrete, cracked surfaces, failing paint, oxidation, improperly installed materials, or other conditions that may become visible during or after cleaning.
Parking Lot Striping
Line striping layouts, dimensions, and markings are based on customer requests and available site conditions. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable codes, ADA requirements, and property standards unless code compliance services are specifically included in the scope of work.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, please notify us within 30 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any workmanship-related deficiencies.
